Founded by Shijo Chandapillai, MBA, a Transit professional with a decade of experience, Rail Systems Trainer, Certified Hypnotherapist, and a Doctor of Psychology candidate in Human & Organizational Psychology, we bring together transit field experience and human systems expertise. We’ve seen firsthand what happens when leadership is overlooked in transit agencies. Our mission is to change that. Through coaching, real-world training, and development programs, we help agencies create engaged teams, reduce turnover, and improve safety and performance.
